As a result, end customers, lessors and LED display companies will all suffer a lot of losses, especially for lessors and LED display companies, which may even affect the loss of important customers and affect future cooperation. Therefore, the problem of the black screen of the led display is a problem that needs to be paid attention to.
So, what are the factors that cause the black screen failure of the LED display?
It is understood that 80% of the failures of LED displays are due to the following factors: AC power distribution harnesses, terminals, connectors, signal and low-voltage DC connection harnesses and connectors, switching power supply modules, fans, and plastic shell components. If these interfaces, cables, power supply, and bottom case are not selected properly, it will cause the entire or partial black screen of the LED display, blurred screen, mosaic, and no signal.
80% of the remaining faults are caused by the following reasons: solder joints, capacitors, terminals, LED lights on the PCB, water leakage and dust accumulation caused by insufficient protection level of the cabinet, corrosion of external screw hardware and hardware, and control boards. These reasons will cause the LED display to have blind lights or high brightness, one or more lines are not bright, lack of color, etc. If there is a problem with the control card or software, the image display will be abnormal.
In the process of using the control system, occasionally the LED display screen will appear black. The same phenomenon may be caused by various reasons, and even the process of the display screen turning black may vary from operation to operation or from environment to environment. For example, it may be black as soon as it is powered on, or it may turn black during loading, or it may turn black after sending, etc.
How to solve it?
1. Please make sure that all hardware including the control system has been powered on correctly.
2. Check and reconfirm whether the serial cable used to connect the controller is loose or falls off. (If it turns black during the loading process, it is likely to be caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is interrupted due to looseness during the communication process, so the screen is black. 3. Check and confirm whether the led display screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are tightly connected and inserted reversely.
4. Please check and confirm whether the 50-core cable connected between the control card and the HUB distribution board is loose or reversed.
5. If the interface definition of your display does not match the provided HUB board, a black screen will appear. Please recheck your jumper for looseness, open circuit or short circuit. If you think that the ABCD and other signals have been matched one by one, please check whether the OE signal is connected correctly.
